Founded in 2019, Etika is the UK’s leading ethical school uniform supplier, created with a mission to provide high-quality, stylish uniforms made with integrity and care for both people and the planet. Through our unique manufacturing partnership between the UK and India, we ensure complete transparency across our supply chain, from the factory floor to the classroom, with every garment produced under ethical labour conditions, fair pay, and safe working environments. We are committed to environmentally responsible practices, including reducing waste and eliminating plastic from our supply chain.

Most UK primary school uniforms are produced in poor conditions, often in some of the world’s most disadvantaged countries, where workers earn well below the national minimum wage or where garments are sourced through third parties, making transparency and accountability nearly impossible. At Etika, we believe that once schools and parents understand this reality, they will want to make more informed, ethical choices. That’s why we’ve built a direct, transparent supply chain with a trusted partner in India, ensuring every garment is made in safe working conditions, by people paid fairly and treated with dignity.
