We have several delivery and collection options for you:

Delivery by Royal Mail

Most of the products we have on our website are held in stock at Birtley premises, therefore we can process your order very quickly. However, due to our unique supply chain with all embroidery completed in India. Therefore, our aim is to deliver orders to UK mainland addresses within 3 to 5 days of your order being placed. We endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible and as a result your order may arrive earlier than estimated.

Delivery by Royal Mail tracked

For added security and peace of mind, we recommend using Royal Mail Tracked for orders over £100 or for deliveries to apartment blocks. This service helps safeguard your delivery, reducing the risk of errors and ensuring your items arrive safely.

Collect from etika premises

Many of our local customers choose this option. As soon as your order is ready for collection, we will send you an email or text to let you know. Your order will be available to collect from our premises in Birtley during our opening times Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm. Please note that we are closed Saturday, Sunday and Mondays during Bank Holidays.

Collect from School

Some schools have a special ‘Free Delivery to School’ arrangement and this helps etika reduce our carbon footprint. Your order will be collated with other parents’ orders and shipped as one order directly to the school on a date notified to you by email. Orders using this method will be delivered by prior to summer break, please check your school page for full terms and conditions.
